A freight forwarder is basically your shipping middleman. We arrange the transport, handle the paperwork, deal with customs, and make sure your cargo gets from A to B.

Container Shipping
FCL means you get a whole container to yourself. LCL means your goods share space with other shippers' cargo. It's cheaper if you don't have enough to fill a full container (roughly under 15 cubic meters).
Depends on the route. Asia to the US West Coast is about 14-20 days. East Coast, 25-35 days. Europe to the US, 10-18 days. We'll give you exact timelines when we quote.
20-foot (33 CBM), 40-foot (67 CBM), and 40-foot high cube (76 CBM). We can also get flat racks, open tops, and refrigerated containers if you need them.
Yes. We're certified for IMO-classified dangerous goods. We handle all the documentation, labeling, and compliance so you don't have to worry about it.
At least 2-3 weeks ahead is ideal. During peak season (August to October), try to book 4-6 weeks out. Space fills up fast and rates go up.

No. Every quote is itemized. You'll see exactly what each charge is for. Origin fees, freight, destination fees, customs, surcharges. It's all spelled out.
Yes. If you ship regularly, we can set up contract rates that are 15-30% below spot pricing. Get in touch and we'll work something out.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number when your shipment is booked. Use it to check status anytime on our tracking portal. Works on any device, 24/7.
For ocean, you get updates at every big milestone: loading, departure, any transshipment, arrival, delivery. Air shipments update in real-time at every scan point.
We keep an eye on every shipment and we'll let you know right away if something's delayed. You'll get an updated ETA, and if there's a faster route available, we'll offer it.
