Every Vehicle, Any Destination

Cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, boats. If it's got wheels (or a hull), we've probably shipped it before. We handle both container loading and RORO, so you've got options no matter where your vehicle needs to go. We'll figure out the best route and method based on your budget and timeline.

  • Sedans, SUVs, trucks, vans, and luxury vehicles
  • Motorcycles, ATVs, jet skis, and small boats
  • Both FCL container and RORO options available
  • Pickup from anywhere in the continental US

CARE & PROTECTION

Loaded With Care

When we load a vehicle into a 40ft container, we don't just drive it in and hope for the best. We use wooden ramps, secure strapping, blocking, and bracing to make sure nothing shifts during the voyage. We treat every vehicle like it's our own. Because we know it means something to you.

  • Wooden ramp loading into 40ft containers
  • Heavy-duty strapping and wheel chocks
  • Blocking and bracing to prevent any movement
  • Pre-shipment condition photos and inspection report

Shipping Methods

Two ways to get your vehicle overseas. Here's how they compare.

FCL Container

Your vehicle goes inside a dedicated container. It's the safest option. Fully enclosed, protected from weather and salt spray. Great if you want maximum protection or need to ship a non-running vehicle.

  • Fully enclosed and weatherproof
  • Can ship non-running vehicles
  • Room for personal items inside the car
  • Best for high-value or classic vehicles
  • Multiple vehicles in one 40ft container

RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off)

Your vehicle drives onto the vessel and parks in the cargo deck. No container needed. It's the most cost-effective option for running vehicles. Think of it like a massive floating parking garage.

  • Most affordable shipping method
  • Vehicle drives on, drives off. Simple
  • Vehicle must run or be towable
  • Available at major ports worldwide
  • Handles oversized vehicles and equipment

How Auto Shipping Works

From your driveway to the destination port. Here's the journey.

1

Vehicle Pickup

We pick up your vehicle from your location anywhere in the US. Your home, a dealership, wherever it is. Or you can drop it off at the port yourself.

2

Export Docs

We handle all the export paperwork. Title verification, bill of lading, customs declarations, everything. You just sign where we tell you to.

3

Ocean Transport

Your vehicle sails to the destination port. Whether it's in a container or on a RORO vessel, we track it the whole way and keep you updated.

4

Destination Delivery

Once it clears customs at the destination, your vehicle is ready for pickup at the port. Or we can arrange local delivery to your door.

Auto Shipping FAQ

The questions we hear most about shipping vehicles overseas.

Keep it simple. Wash the vehicle so we can do a proper condition inspection. Leave only about a quarter tank of gas. Remove any toll tags, parking passes, or personal items (unless you're shipping FCL. Then you can leave some stuff inside). Disable the alarm, and make sure the battery is charged if it's going RORO. We'll send you a full prep checklist when you book.
It depends on where you're shipping to. West Africa is usually 3-4 weeks from the East Coast. Europe is about 2-3 weeks. The Middle East is around 4-5 weeks. Australia and New Zealand run 5-7 weeks. Those are ocean transit times. Add a week or so on each end for pickup, loading, and customs clearance at destination. We'll give you a specific timeline when you get your quote.
A few things. The size of your vehicle matters. A compact sedan is cheaper than a full-size truck. The destination port plays a big role too. Whether you choose RORO or container shipping makes a difference. And then there's the pickup. If we're hauling it across the country to a port, that adds to the cost. We'll break it all down in your quote so there aren't any surprises.
The carrier does have basic liability coverage, but it's pretty limited. Usually around $500 per unit. That's not going to cut it for most vehicles. We strongly recommend getting marine cargo insurance that covers the full value of your car. We can arrange that for you. It's usually pretty affordable and gives you real peace of mind for the whole journey.
If you're shipping FCL (in a container), yes. You can load personal items inside the vehicle and even pack boxes around it in the container. It's actually a great way to save on shipping costs. If you're going RORO, you really can't put anything in the car. Most RORO terminals won't allow it, and some destinations will fine you if they find stuff inside. We'll walk you through what works for your specific shipment.
